A variation of our first workshop, the Smart Home Automation workshop, this time, was about introducing the audience to AllJoyn – an Internet of Things ecosystem by the AllSeen Alliance. We provided guidance on the code in the sample applications, showing them why this was important, and at the end of it, demonstrating how simple applications work with physical devices. We also showed the participants a demo environment, using a virtual lightbulb and the sample application.
